IT Support Project

Learn MoreContact Us

The COVID-19 pandemic increased isolation for many people all over the world.

LRF recognised a gap in computer information and have been funded to create an IT Support Project that supports asylum seekers and refugees to access the internet. As volunteers, you will support and teach individuals how to access and create Zoom, email, Microsoft word and using the internet in your native language.

Our aim is to increase access to services and reduce the feeling of isolation. We understand the importance of staying connected with family members and having access to information about local communities and ways to stay healthy and safe.

Leeds Refugee Forum is a small team of staff; therefore, we rely heavily on amazing volunteers to support our projects and appreciate all the work and knowledge they provide.
